The total number of documents available in this section may not add up to the sum of documents available in each category taken as a whole.

While the total number of documents available will always be true because there are no duplicates, on occasion we will display the same master document in several subcategories. For example, if two counties sign an arbitration protocol, the document will be displayed in three different places, that is, it will be displayed as a document in each of the two countries signing the protocol and also in the section "International – Bilateral Agreements". We do not triplicate the document but rather display it in three different places.

Additionally, some documentation is not directly related to ADR but serves as supporting documentation because it is mentioned in legislative processes. These documents do NOT appear in our documentation center, but rather as stand-alone documentation within a specific piece of news.
