Established in 1996, ADR Resources (ARyME) is a private institution dedicated solely to providing specialized information on international ADR, and to promoting a better understanding and use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to resolve civil and business disputes.

ARyME is not a case administrator. We provide the most comprehensive, bilingual source of information and documentation on international ADR on the internet. ARyME is also a meeting point where the international business and legal communities, and the general public, can offer and find specialized ADR-related services throughout the world.

ADR Resources (ARyME) owns and operates the top level domain names aryme.com, aryme.es, and adrresources.com. First-time visitors enter through aryme.com, and they can later access the English version of our website through adrresources.com by clicking the language version of their choice. However, the domain name adrresources.com can be accessed independently.

Public access:

Access to all sections of this website is public, and therefore free of charge, except for the documentation section of the ADR World Observer. However, many documents within the aforementioned section are available to the general public free of charge.

The subscriptions offered from the various sections of this website are subject to terms and conditions which the visitor may read, download and/or print for immediate or future reference. These documents are available to visitors from the subscriptions section of this website.

Fee services:

ADR Resources (ARyME) charges a fee to visitors wishing to subscribe to certain services. Applicable fees and subscriptions periods are published in the subscriptions section of this website.

All subscribers will be able to access and update their personal and business data as often as they wish from their own private services’ management panel hosted in a secure server.

No service will be renewed automatically. Upon expiration, each subscriber must personally authorize renewal of any and all subscribed services.

ADR Resources (ARyME) charges no commission of any kind to any party selling or purchasing goods or professional services through this website.
