Your rights
Any visitor subscribing to any of our services has the right to access, update and, ultimately, request the cancellation of services and the deletion of stored personal data. These rights may be exercised by subscribers themselves from within the secured management panels which are automatically created for each of them when they subscribe to a particular service.
Subscribers to our free monthly newsletter will be afforded identical capabilities, and will be able to exercise the aforementioned rights from the newsletter itself.
Our obligations
ADR Resources (ARyME) will unilaterally eliminate from its database files all personal information regarding any subscriber when the said information no longer serves the purpose for which it was entered.
Under no circumstances will ARyME sell, trade, or share personal data entered by subscribers with any third party without prior and express consent.
Domiciled in Avenida del Doctor 14, 28002 Madrid, ARyME is solely responsible for the lawful management of its automated database. As required by applicable law, ARyME has registered its automated data base with Spain’s Agency for the Protection of Personal Data. The said Agency has assigned ARyME the registry number 2032650404.
Registering the existence of an automated data base containing personal information does NOT mean that specific subscriber data is transferred to the said Agency. The legal obligation to register an automated data base is limited to letting the Agency know that an automated data base exists and that ARyME is solely responsible for its management in accordance with the law.
Additionally, and in compliance with Law 34/2002 of June 11, 2002, on the Internet and Internet-based Services, we hereby inform you that ARyME is the legal proprietor of the top level domain names aryme.com, aryme.es and adrresources.com, and that proprietorship regarding the said domain levels has been registered with the Commercial Registrar of Madrid.
Cookies are small bits of data transferred from a PC through the internet. ARyME utilizes cookies to provide a personalized web browsing experience to its visitors and subscribers.
Cookies do not act maliciously on computer systems; they are merely text files that can be deleted at any time - they are not plug ins nor are they programs. Cookies cannot be used to spread viruses and they cannot access hard drives.
ADR Resources (ARyME) collects data from a number of online forms which are introduced by visitors wishing to subscribe to our services. In other instances, online forms are designed to answer any questions visitors may have regarding the said services.
Filling out an online form causes the automated set-up of a data registry within our data base. The finality of a registry is to adequately provide the service requested by the visitor, to answer any inquiry, and to regularly provide ADR-related information when and if expressly requested.
The online contact form creates no automated registry of any kind. The finality of the contact form is limited to answering questions from visitors.
Data management is fully automated (i) to provide visitors and subscribers with a personalized web surfing experience, (ii) to enable us to maintain our contractual responsibility with subscribers, and (iii) to properly administer, manage and improve rendered services.
However, personal information entered by visitors or subscribers within online forms is limited to essential information necessary to render our services or to properly act on any given request for information.
The confidence shown by our subscribers by introducing personal data is important to us. We handle such information with utmost confidentiality and the security mechanisms available to us. To protect personal data entered by our subscribers, ARyME utilizes a secure server, a username and password-based access system, and data encryption technology. Subscribers’ private management and editing panels are hosted within our secure server, as is our automated data base.
Online payment processing is handled by the Santander Central Hispano, the largest banking institution in Spain, from its secure online payment platform.
