The arbitration ClauseHelp

Any dispute arising out of this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the institution designated by the parties to administer the arbitration, or in accordance with the procedures established by the arbitrator in ad hoc proceedings. The parties also agree to abide by and to perform the award or judgment of the arbitrator as the final decision respecting such dispute.
